Account update required: Multi-Factor Authentication

To improve account security, we’re updating our login process and transitioning all accounts to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Please follow the steps below to update your account with a new password and MFA:

  1. Click Start Update Process below.
  2. On the next screen, enter your current Username and click Sign In.
  3. Click Forgot Password when presented with the password screen.
  4. Follow the next few prompts to create a new password and set up MFA.

*SSO Users: If your company utilizes SSO, when you click the Start Update Process button you will be prompted to complete your normal SSO authentication steps. No additional process will be required.
