Account update required: Multi-Factor Authentication
To improve account security, we’re updating our login process and transitioning all accounts to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Please follow the steps below to update your account with a new password and MFA:
- Click Start Update Process below.
- On the next screen, enter your current Username and click Sign In.
- Click Forgot Password when presented with the password screen.
- Follow the next few prompts to create a new password and set up MFA.
*SSO Users:
If your company utilizes SSO, when you click the Start Update Process
button you will be prompted to complete your normal SSO authentication steps. No additional process will be required.
